Board of Directors

Victor J. Coleman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Victor Coleman serves as Chief Executive Officer for Hudson Pacific, and Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. He has been a Board member since the company’s IPO in 2010. Prior to his current roles, Coleman founded and served as Managing Partner of Hudson Pacific’s predecessor company, Hudson Capital.

Previously, Coleman co-founded and led Arden Realty as its President and Chief Operating Officer and as a Director and sold that public company in 2006.

Coleman serves on the boards of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, Young Presidents’ Organization Gold Los Angeles, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, as well as its philanthropic initiative, ChampionLA. He also currently serves on the board of Kite Realty Group Trust, and is a former board member for several other public companies, including Douglas Emmett.

Coleman received the City of Hope’s Spirit of Life Award from the Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Industries Council, the Real Star of Hollywood Award from the Friends of the Hollywood Central Park, and was recognized as a Treasure of Los Angeles by Central City Association. He is an investor in the NHL team, Vegas Golden Knights.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.

Theodore R. Antenucci, Director

Theodore Antenucci has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Catellus Development Corporation, a leading national land developer.

Prior to his current position, Antenucci served as President and Chief Investment Officer of ProLogis, a global provider of distribution facilities, as well as a member of its Executive Committee. Antenucci has also served as President of Catellus Commercial Development Corp., where he was responsible for development, construction and acquisition activities.

Antenucci has served on the Board of Directors for ProLogis European Properties, a public fund trading on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation and the Board of Directors of Iron Mountain.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Richard B. Fried, Director

Richard Fried has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He currently serves as a managing member and head of the real estate group at Farallon Capital Management LLC, an investment management company.

Prior to his current position, Fried served as Vice President in acquisitions for Security Capital Industrial Trust (now ProLogis), a REIT specializing in industrial properties. Fried has also worked as an associate in capital markets at JMB Institutional Realty Corporation.

He currently serves as a Board Member of Beneficial State Bank, a position he has held since the bank’s inception in 2007.

Fried graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Jonathan M. Glaser, Director

Jonathan Glaser has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He has been Managing Member of JMG Capital Management LLC since he founded the company in 1992. JMG Capital Management is the General Partner of JMG Capital Partners, an investment limited partnership that is a leader in capital market strategies, private placements and additional financing strategies.

Prior to founding JMG, Glaser was a member floor trader on both the American Stock Exchange and Pacific Stock Exchange.

Glaser received a Juris Doctor degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robert L. Harris II, Director

Robert Harris II has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014. He most recently served as Chairman of the Board of Acacia Research Corporation, where he served as a director since 2000, as President from 2000 to 2012 and as Executive Chairman of the Board from 2012 to 2016.

Previously, Harris served as President and a director of Entertainment Properties Trust, a publicly traded entertainment, recreation and specialty real estate company, which he founded in 1997.

He has also served as Senior Vice President of AMC Entertainment, where he managed the international division and as President of Carlton Browne and Company, a holding company and trust with assets in real estate, insurance and financial services.

Harris has served on the boards of the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, CombiMatrix Corporation, True Religion Brand Jeans, the USA Volleyball Foundation and Imperial Bancorp.

Christy Haubegger , Director

Christy Haubegger has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2019. She currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Enterprise Inclusion Officer at WarnerMedia, which is owned by AT&T Inc. 

Previously, she led multicultural business strategy for Creative Artists Agency, or CAA, providing insights on diverse markets to CAA’s motion picture, music, marketing and television clients. Prior to that, Haubegger worked in the publishing and motion picture industries, having founded and served as publisher, president and CEO at Latina magazine, and served as a producer on several motion pictures.

Additionally, Haubegger previously served on the board of Latina Media Ventures, and currently serves on the boards of the NYSE-listed company RTW Retailwinds, Inc. and Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a non-profit organization that works to increase the number of minority business leaders. She is also a founding member of TIME’S UP, an initiative that addresses systematic inequality and injustice in the workplace. 

She received a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark D. Linehan, Director

Mark Linehan has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wynmark Company, a private real estate investment and development company with interests in properties in California, Nevada, Oregon and Montana, which he founded in 1993.

Prior to founding Wynmark Company, Linehan was a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Company. He’s also worked for Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (now Ernst & Young LLP), a Los Angeles-based public accounting firm.

He currently serves on the boards of the UC Santa Barbara Foundation, National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum and Direct Relief. Previous board memberships include Condor Hospitality Trust, a publicly-traded REIT, the Signet Corporation and the Camino Real Park Foundation.

Linehan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert M. Moran Jr., Director

Robert Moran, Jr. has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He co-founded and co-owns FJM Investments, a private real estate investment company that owns interests in properties in the western U.S. and British Columbia, Canada.

Prior to his current position, Moran developed extensive experience in real estate investment at Westridge Investments, and as Chief Investment Officer of Cornerstone Properties. He also served as a partner at William Wilson & Associates, as well as the Director of Acquisitions in four real estate opportunity funds resulting in the $1.2 billion sale to Cornerstone Properties.

Moran also has significant experience in real estate lending and has held positions at Travelers Insurance, Wells Fargo Bank, Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.

Barry A. Porter, Director

Barry Porter has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Porter co-founded Clarity Partners in 2000 and serves as a Managing General Partner of the partnership. Clarity Partners is a private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in media, communications and business services.

Previously, Porter co-founded KAILAI Investments (formerly known as Clarity China), a private equity firm specializing in investments in growth companies in the Greater China region. He serves on the Investment Committee of that partnership, which has also invested in real estate in China. Prior to co-founding Clarity Partners, Porter held senior executive positions at Global Crossing, a company he co-founded focused on international fiber optic telecommunications.

Porter has also worked as a Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group, as a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. and as an attorney at Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman, Kuchel and Silbert.

He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors in Finance and Political Science from the Wharton School of Business.

Andrea Wong, Director

Andrea Wong has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2017. Most recently, she served as President, International Production for Sony Pictures and President, International for Sony Pictures Entertainment in London. In those roles, Wong was responsible for 18 overseas production companies. Her accomplishments include acquiring the Golden Globe-winning series, The Crown.

Previously, Wong served as President and CEO of Lifetime Networks, where she was responsible for Lifetime Television, Lifetime Movie Network, Lifetime Real Women and Lifetime Digital. During her tenure, she launched the hit drama series, Army Wives, Lifetime’s top-rated original series. She also led the acquisition of the award-winning, unscripted series, Project Runway.

Prior to that, Wong served as Executive Vice President, Alternative Programming, Specials and Late Night at ABC, where she developed hit series, The Bachelor, the U.S. version of Dancing With The Stars and the Emmy Award-winning, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

Wong currently serves on the Boards of Liberty Media Corporation, Liberty Interactive Corporation and Hudson’s Bay Company. She is also a Governor of the British Film Institute and a Trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts.

She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in electronic engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
